Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on 9kme at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, payment method, or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 9kme employs automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and balances may be forfeited.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information when registering your 9kme Account, including your full legal name (as per your Malaysian identity document), date of birth, email address, and mobile number. 9kme is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the Player. You are responsible for updating your account details if they change.
9kme's services are intended for Malaysian residents and other jurisdictions where online gaming is not prohibited. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of 9kme complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. 9kme does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9kme login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or Two-Factor Authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify 9kme of unauthorised access.
9kme will never ask for your password via email, Live Chat, or telephone. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and notify 9kme support immediately. 9kme accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 9kme does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — payments must originate from an account registered in the Player's own name. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9kme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services. 9kme's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9kme provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 9kme takes all reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occasionally result in service interruptions. 9kme will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
9kme collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is never sold to third parties. It is used solely for account administration, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and improving the Platform experience.
9kme reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email to the address on file, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the 9kme Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your Real Money Balance.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of 9kme's Licensing Authority. In the event of any dispute between a Player and 9kme arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through 9kme's internal complaints procedure as set out in the FAQ.
